How my bank tried to keep me as a customer
In short, my bank made a mess of opening a new business account for me to bits. And I waited for about 6 weeks before I finally got a payment book and check book.
He also told me that I was not able to see this system of account along with my other bank accounts, have their Internet. This could be very inconvenient if you try to see my balances or transfer funds between accounts.
My bank manager was obviously very embarrassedof these problems. He sent me some letters of apology and a gift from a beautiful cross rollerball.
At one point, I was always so with what was happening, I really thought about changing banks frustrated. But after careful consideration decided that I would at least call him and explain my frustration. Through him to know how I felt, at least he had the chance to put things right.
Finally, he managed to solve all problems. My check arrived pounds.And managed to get my account all set up on an Internet account.
I've been a customer happy again. And I'll stay with that bank.
But what was that on the day is saved. It was the apology? It was the Cross pen?
No. What I was convinced to stay with this bank as my manager for some temporary checks I had done and then drove 10 miles to shake hands.
I really only need one of these temporary controls to be used. But it wasmanager's commitment to me as a customer who made the day.
It is interesting that the spring did not save the day. But it is a beautiful memory of my commitment and diligence of managers.
